I have just completed my submission for the Luma Dream Brief competition and would like to be transparent about how it has been created.
The film is called "Tomorrow, Right on Your Table." It is a 1950s-style television advertisement for a fictional product called The Luma Brain, a portable supercomputer that imagines what contemporary AI might have looked like had it been created precisely at the beginning of AI research in the early 1950s.
The entire film has been created within Luma, using only written prompts. There has been no crew, camera, or post-production process. Every step of the creative process has been guided by the agentic AI within a single application.
This has been a test. My intention has been to test whether a completely prompt-based process can produce a completed, crafted piece of film work. I believe it can, and you can decide for yourself.
The Luma Brain. From idea to answer in a blink.
